How do I download and use my graphics after my purchase?

After every completed purchase you will immediately receive a download link and email where you can download your graphic pack. Each pack is in a .zip file and will need to be opened and downloaded.

We've included an editable PowerPoint file in each graphic pack for quick changes and updates. Either use Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple Keynote for simple editing and use. PowerPoint files can also be loaded into ProPresenter for even easier use.

On our Gold Member plan you also get the Photoshop file in your graphic pack for even more options and flexibility.

What if I don't like the title and want to add my own?

Easy, simply open up the PowerPoint file and type in any title you like.

Is there a limit on how many graphics I can purchase and download in a month?

No there is no limit... Go crazy!

Where do I find my download credit balance?

Accepted Answer

When you purchase a membership package, (Bronze, Silver or Gold) your download credits are applied automatically to your account. At checkout you will see your download credit balance then simply apply your credit to your purchase.
